Chris is a Physiotherapist who completed his studies at Australian Catholic University (ACU) in Sydney. His interest in physiotherapy developed through personal experience, having sustained multiple injuries across a range of sports. With a background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, tennis, rugby union, and soccer, Chris understands the physical and mental challenges that come with training, competition, and injury. This experience allows him to understand the physical demands of sport and the importance of individualised, evidence based rehabilitation for both injury recovery and performance.
Outside the clinic, Chris is passionate about music. He played brass instruments throughout school and has been playing guitar for over 20 years. He also enjoys attending live concerts and comedy shows, as well as relaxing with video games in his downtime.
