Julian completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University. With three years of experience as a personal trainer prior to graduating, he brings a strong background in exercise prescription and functional movement analysis to his clinical practice. Julian enjoys working with a diverse range of clients, from young athletes aiming to enhance performance and prevent injury, to older adults managing conditions like arthritis, osteopenia, and osteoporosis. He has a particular interest in treating issues related to the knees, hips, lower back, and shoulders.
Julian believes that movement and targeting strength imbalances is key to effective rehabilitation and combines hands-on treatment for immediate relief with realistic, evidence-based advice and education. His goal is to empower patients to make sustainable changes that lead to long-lasting health and mobility in older adults along with enhancing athletic performance in younger athletes.
